As neighborhoods affected by Marshall Fire transition from primarily construction activity to occupied neighborhoods, the Town is implementing new standards for storage of dirt and construction materials on lots that do not yet have a rebuild permit. 

In order to begin the process to store dirt and/or construction material on your property, please provide the information in the form below.  Following submission of the form, you will be contacted by Town staff within three business days to schedule an inspection.  Following a passed inspection, the Town will issue an approval letter.  This approval can be reauthorized every 60 days following a successful re-inspection to ensure ongoing compliance with the requirements.
