The Town Board of Trustees currently sits as the Board of Adjustments. The Board of Adjustments is a seven-member board. This board hears and rules on written appeals concerning the Town Building Official's decisions regarding interpretation of the Town Building Code and regarding building permit refusals, permit exceptions, and variations to the Town Zoning Regulations. The Board of Adjustments is responsible for reviewing requests for variances per the Superior Municipal Code. The Board meets on an as needed basis.
