First, come to the Coalton Trailhead at the intersection of McCaslin Blvd. and Coalton Road from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

While you're there:Take a horse drawn wagon ride into the open space -- Talk to Superior’s very own wildlife ecologist Ashley DeLaup -- Meet Boulder County Parks and Open Space Rangers -- Experience the awesome Hawk Quest Raptor show at 9:00 a.m--Enjoy the Center for Snake Conservation show at 10:30 a.m. --Have fun with your family, friends and neighbors!

Next, grab a blanket, pack a picnic dinner and head out for a free science and nature-themed concert by Jeff & Paige at Wildflower Park, 3151 South Indiana Street from 6:00 - 7:00 p.m.

Punch Buggy Shave Ice will be there, too, giving complimentary shaved ice desserts for the whole family!
