The Superior Stocking Run 5K 

Get a head start on the holiday season with the Superior Stocking Run 5K!!

Join the Town of Superior and Racing Underground on Sunday December 17^th at 9 am for a fun and festive, family-friendly 5K run and walk in Superior. All entrants will receive a red felt stocking chock-full of sponsor goodies! How fun is that!!! And stockings for kids age 8 and under will include a tiny toy!

The Superior Stocking Run starts and finishes at Purple Park. Runners will depart the start line on Rock Creek Parkway and enjoy a fast gradual downhill opening mile. The course then winds through Rock Creek neighborhoods before returning to Rock Creek Parkway for the final half mile and finish line. 

Bring us your Socks!!! The Town Board and staff is proud to join forces with Racing Underground to collect socks for the homeless as part of the Town's "Sock It to Em" campaign. There will be a drop box at early packet pickup and on race-day. We encourage everyone to donate a new pair of warm socks to help us with this cause!  A donation collection point will also be established in the lobby of Superior Town Hall during the whole month of December.

7:30 am - Race-Day Registration and Packet Pick-Up Opens

9:00 am - 5K Run Starts

9:45 am - Awards Presentation

                THIS IS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS TO PICK UP VOLUNTEER HOURS FOR SCHOOL, CLUBS OR COLLEGE APPLICATIONS – A CONFIRMATION LETTER WILL BE PROVIDED!
